Service Description

Relax for one hour while I guide your through a meditation for you to completely relax and absorb Reiki energy. Together we choose one theme, or one intention for your personalised meditation. How to prepare for a Distance Reiki Healing Session? Make sure to find a quiet space for you to get comfortable seated or lying..ready to relax :-) It's advised to drink a lot of water before and after the session, to get the energy moving.
