One hour of wellness in the comfort of your home. Together we set one intention for your session. How to prepare for a Distance Reiki Healing Session? Make sure to find a quiet space for you to get comfortable seated or lying..ready to relax :-) It's advised to drink a lot of water before and after the session, to get the energy moving.
